How it works

From one line to a live game in five stages

Every build runs the same production pipeline. You watch it happen live — thumbnails land as they're generated, and the game is playable the moment verification passes.

  1. 01

    Describe the theme

One sentence is enough. Pick an engine template, a bonus module, an art style and a mood — or let SlotBot suggest a brief for you.

  2. 02

    Theme expansion

Gemini expands your idea into a full theme manifest: eleven symbol slots, palette, background, mascot personality, feature flavour and localisation strings.

  3. 03

    Parallel asset generation

Symbols, backgrounds, reel frame and splash art are generated in parallel; the mascot is animated from reference frames with Veo or Seedance and chroma-keyed into a lightweight animated AVIF.

  4. 04

    Assemble & verify

Assets are hashed and promoted into game.yaml. Schema validation, immutable math-hash checks and a deterministic smoke simulation gate every build.

  5. 05

    Play, tweak, export

Spin it instantly in the studio, edit any layer — math, features, effects, cast, layout — then export a playable release or a container image.

What you get

Everything a real slot needs. Not a mock-up.

Four holographic reel grids: classic lines, cascading, ways and cluster

Four engine templates

Classic pay-lines, cascading tumbles with multipliers, all-ways pays, and cluster pays — each a locked, tested maths model you can retheme without touching the payout maths.

A Hold & Win bonus with locked coins, a bursting crown and three lives

Pluggable bonus modules

Free Spins with retriggers, Hold & Win with locked prize coins and respins, Pick & Click with server-held prizes — plus ante bet, bonus buy and collectables.

A 3D fox pirate mascot mid-animation with a glowing skeletal rig overlay

Animated mascots & Spine rigs

An idle loop and a win celebration are generated as video, keyed and normalised into crisp animated AVIF. Optional Spine rigs give you a skeletal character you can pose and re-animate.

A holographic RTP bell-curve and verification seal above a chrome slot machine

A maths lab, not a guess

Exact rational payouts, predictive RTP profiles, million-round Monte-Carlo simulation, hit-rate bands and release-evidence reports — all reproducible from a seed.

Built on a real engine

Server-authoritative from the first spin

SlotBot doesn't render a pretend slot in the browser. Every spin is resolved by a game host with a wallet, a round store and an ordered event stream — the client only presents what the server decided. That's the same architecture a regulated studio ships.

  • Integer minor units and exact bigint rational arithmetic — no floating-point drift in payouts.
  • Immutable math hash — a retheme must produce the identical hash, so art can never change odds.
  • ~95 feature mechanics in the catalogue: wilds, scatters, multipliers, tumbles, respins, jackpots and more.
  • Pseudo-localisation out of the box, with translated copy generated alongside the theme.
  • Canvas-2D web client as a single custom element — no heavy game framework, plays on any device.

The studio

Generate first. Then take the wheel.

Every layer of a generated game is editable in the browser, and every edit is verified before it can be played.

Math model editor

Tune reel strips, paytables and feature weights; predict RTP instantly, then confirm with a full simulation.

Feature & effects layers

Swap bonus modules, add jackpots and collectables, and apply event-driven canvas effects — anticipation, big-win, tumbles.

Cast & media lab

Regenerate any symbol or background, re-animate the mascot, upload your own art, and manage the whole asset set with provenance.

UI layout & viewport

Portrait, landscape, immersive chrome, cabinet mode — layouts are templates, so a game fits every screen.

Live build progress

Streamed build events show each job's status, previews and retries as they happen. Pause for review, approve, resume.

Export & deploy

Download an assets pack, a self-contained playable release (node server.mjs), or a container image ready for any cloud.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is the output actually playable, or just concept art?

Playable. Each build produces a compiled game bundle, generated assets, and a running game host. You can spin it in the studio immediately and export it as a standalone server.

Where do the images and animations come from?

Symbols, backgrounds and splash art are generated with Google's Gemini image models. Mascot animations are generated as short video clips (Veo or Seedance), then chroma-keyed and encoded to animated AVIF. Every asset records its provider, model and prompt.

How do I know the maths is right?

Payouts use exact rational arithmetic. Every build runs schema validation, a math-hash equality check and a deterministic smoke simulation; release builds require ten-million-round evidence within RTP and hit-rate bands.

Can I use my own art or tweak the design?

Yes — upload your own assets, regenerate individual pieces, or edit any layer (maths, features, effects, layout, cast) in the studio. Edits are re-verified before play.
